I have a long standing problem with extremely aggressive Basil Cell Carcinoma of the head and neck, which is not a common ailment. In 2016 the disease metastasised into my neck. At this point I was told that further surgery or radiotherapy was not possible. Prior to this, and because of the disease, I had to have skin grafts to my head. The Surgeon who performed that operation thought that further surgery might be possible and, because it was not his field, recommended me to Dr Tzafetta. Within two working days of examining me she performed a neck dissection of the left hand side of my neck and then obtained an opinion on whether radiotherapy was possible, which it was. However, nearing the completion of radiotherapy, it was discovered that the disease was also in the right side of my neck and the whole process had to be repeated. I now have regular check ups with Dr Tzafetta. I cannot praise Dr Tzafetta highly enough for the great skill and professional care she showed to me over a difficult period of nearly a year. Her positive attitude gave me confidence that all was going to be well and for this I will be ever grateful. Dr Tzafetta is well regarded by all who come in contact with her.

I can not express how happy & thankful I am after my nose surgery. I feel if it wasn't even for Dr Tzafetta I'd still be waiting for my operation or acceptance for getting it done. Thankful for her help to get the operation. Even more thankful of the job herself & the rest did. They made me feel kalm & relaxed before having to go under. When I thought that would be the worst part. I'm so happy with the outcome there's still a bit of swelling the go down but I'm very happy with it. And best of all I can breath again & get a whole nights sleep every night !!! Thank you.

My mother-in-law is under the care of Dr Tzafetta, and she receives first class care. She recently had surgery lasting 11hrs. At 89yrs old she was apprehensive, but after being reassured by Dr Tzafetta and her lovely team she relaxed and everything went smoothly. She makes Mum feel very special when she sees her and also takes time to let me know what is happening. We cannot thank her enough for everything she has done and is still doing to care for her.
